History Of Bar Dice

Bar Dice
Milwaukee is home to friendly, funny people who take pride in our town’s culture and traditions, which are often misunderstood.

In the ‘50s Milwaukee was known best through the lens of “Laverne and Shirley” and “Happy Days.”

In the ‘90s, it was “Wayne’s World” shining a light on the history of The Good Land.

In 2020, Airbnb named Milwaukee as “The World’s Top Travel Destination.”

And as outside perceptions of our town continue to evolve and more
people visit to experience everything this mostly hidden gem has to offer, one thing will never change... the friendly, funny people.

That’s what’s at the heart of Milwaukee’s favorite bar game.

It’s not about about getting drunk.

Bar Dice is born from the notion that you can have a seat in any bar in the city and feel comfortable chatting with the stranger next to you because if nothing else, you have this one thing in common.

No pretentiousness. No bullshit.

Just people enjoying each other’s company.

Sharing this game with the world is our way of saying “Welcome to Milwaukee, pull up a stool and let’s get to know each other.”
